Terms of Service

Welcome to our AMS Academy Group. By using our services, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service”).

Eligibility:
You must be a licensed healthcare professional to participate in AMS Academy Group’s training courses. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Training Courses:
AMS Academy Group provides training courses for healthcare professionals in the field of facial aesthetics. These programs include, but are not limited to, training in injectable treatments and business marketing.

Payments:

1. Day Courses
   At AMS Academy Group, all payments must be made in full prior to the start of the training course. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the training course if full payment is not received.
2. Level 7 Diploma
   To secure your place, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be fully paid prior to the start of the training program or in interest free instalments as per the initial agreement. Please note that failure to make full payment may result in cancellation or rescheduling of the training course.

Cancellations/Refunds:
AMS Academy Group does not offer refunds for any training courses.

Changes to Terms of Service:
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time without notice.

Courses:
Delegates must arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start time indicated. A late arrival may mean you may not be able to participate in the course/receive certification. A certificate will only be issued upon completion of the course that you have attended.

Complaints:
Should you wish to file a complaint or express any concerns, please advise AMS Academy Group as soon as possible on hello@ams-academy.group and we will address the issue promptly.

Limitation of ability:
AMS Academy Group will not be liable for damages of any kind arising from the use of the Academy’s services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Models:
Models will be provided by AMS Academy Group for demonstrations and practical sessions throughout the course. However, if due to unforeseen circumstances, models are absent, AMS Academy Group will not be held responsible.

Food:
Food will be provided by AMS Academy Group via a company of their choice. Please make us aware of any special dietary requirements, so we can cater accordingly.

Travel & accommodation:
We do not accept any liability for the cost of any travel expenses or hotel/accommodation costs incurred by delegates to attend our courses.
